  1. Download the Vessel Data Collection Excel form to enter the information related to your vessel fleet;
  2. Enter your corporate information by completing the online form below;
  3. Include your completed vessel template in the field provided;
  4. You may “Save and Return” to the form;
  5. Submit the online form when completed.

We will inform you of the results within 10 working days. Please note: We may contact you for clarification/additional information/evidence to rectify the submitted information.

The Port of London Authority (PLA) operates the Green Scheme as described on the Green Scheme website (https://greenscheme.pla.co.uk/) (the Green Scheme).

In order to operate the Green Scheme the PLA requires information from you which may include personal information (Information). Your Information will be processed in accordance with the PLA’s Privacy Policy. In particular the PLA will process your Information in order to facilitate the Green Scheme and manage our relationship with you regarding the Green Scheme.

We will use the Information you give to us to:
  • • assign a corporate score, average vessel score, and overall score to your organisation and vessel fleet which will be shared with the incentive providers;
  • • assign a benchmark grading to your organisation which will be shared with the public on the Green Scheme website;
  • • as part of publicly used marketing and promotional materials to demonstrate environmental performance’;
  • • analyse data in the furtherance of projects such as air quality assessment, Thames litter strategy review, habitats mapping, and vision key performance indicators;
  • • assist with future planning projects, such as energy/fuel supply infrastructures, byelaw updates, and river, emission control zones;
  • • ensure that the content on the Green Scheme website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for others;
  • • administer and improve the Green Scheme website and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes; and
  • • responding to correspondence, queries, feedback and complaints submitted.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your Information at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, you may not be able to participate in the Green Scheme. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent.
